Tentokrát vás čeká sladký recept (a přibude i jeden slaný).
INGREDIENCE
TĚSTO
150 g másla
10 g dýňového koření
250 g hladké mouky
6 g prášku do pečiva
6 g sody
2 vejce
250 g třtinového cukru (nebo půl napůl třtinový / pískový)
150 ml mléka
200 g dýňového pyré
DÝŇOVÉ PYRÉ
1 větší dýně Hokkaidó
3 lžíce olivového oleje
½–¾ hrnku vody
TVAROHOVÝ KRÉM
150 g zakysané smetany
150 g polotučného tvarohu ve vaničce
150 ml smetany ke šlehání
2 lžíce moučkového cukru
pekanové ořechy
dýňová semínka na dozdobení
POSTUP
DÝŇOVÉ PYRÉ
1. Dýni pořádně očistíme a omyjeme.
2. Pomocí lžíce vydlabeme semínka (po upečení by to mělo jít mnohem lépe). Pokud nechceme slupku, vydlabeme dužinu.
1. Máslo rozpustíme, přidáme mléko a pyré, vše promícháme a necháme chvíli vychladnout. Ne moc, aby máslo opět neztuhlo.
2. Troubu předehřejeme na 160°C.
3. Vejce vyšleháme s cukrem do hladké hmoty. Do vyšlehané hmoty přidáme koření, prosejeme mouku, prášek do pečiva a sodu a vylijeme vlažnou směs s máslem. Těsto vymícháme dohladka.
1. Do mísy robota dáme zakysanou smetanu, tvaroh a moučkový cukr. Pomoc metly trochu vyšleháme, aby se suroviny propojily a cukr zašlehal.
2. Následně přilijeme smetanu a šleháme na vysoké obrátky, dokud nevznikne tužší směs.
3. Pomocí cukrářského sáčku nebo lžíce naneseme krém na chlebíček a posypeme nasekanými ořechy a dýňovými semínky.
4. Necháme ztuhnout. Uchováváme spíš v chladu.

PUMPKIN CAKE WITH CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
This season is always rich in pumpkin recipes. But in addition to trying new recipes, we keep coming back to our older favorites. It's great that pumpkin is very versatile and can be used for both savory and sweet recipes.
This time I made a sweet recipe (and another savory one will be coming soon). This pumpkin cake smells of pumpkin spice and tastes a bit like gingerbread. And again, this is a very versatile recipe, so you can bake it in mold for bread, on a baking sheet as a pie, bundt cake or even muffins or cupcakes. This time, the frosting is made from sour cream and cottage cheese.

INGREDIENTS
CAKE
150 g of butter
10 g pumpkin spice
250 g plain flour
6 g baking powder
6 g soda
2 eggs
250 g cane sugar (or half and half cane / white sugar)
150 ml milk
200 g pumpkin puree
PUMPKIN PUREE
1 large Hokkaido pumpkin
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2–3/4 cup water
CREAM CHEESE
150 g sour cream
150 g semi-skimmed cottage cheese
150 ml whipping cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
pecans
pumpkin seeds for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
PUMPKIN PUREE
1. Clean and wash the pumpkin thoroughly. Cut it in half. You don't need to peel the skin from the pumpkin. It will soften when baking and will be crushed when mixing. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20-30 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 °C (or until soft depending on the size – mainly test to make sure that the skin is soft). As soon as the pumpkin is soft, take it out of the oven and let it cool for a while.
2. Use a spoon to scoop out the seeds (it should go much better after baking). If you don't want the skin, scoop out the pulp.
3. Put it in a blender or start blending with the help of a hand blender. Gradually add water until you get the desired consistency.
CAKE
1. Melt the butter, add the milk and puree, mix everything and let it cool for a while. Not too much, so that the butter does not harden again.
2. Preheat the oven to 160°C.
3. Beat the eggs with the sugar until smooth. Add spices to the whipped mass, sift the flour, baking powder and baking soda and pour out the lukewarm mixture with butter. Mix the batter until smooth.
4. Line a bread tin with baking paper or grease with butter and sprinkle with coarse flour.
5. Bake in a preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes – try baking with a skewer. Baking time may vary, depending on the mold, height of the dough, etc. But baking is necessary for at least 30 minutes. Let cool, then carefully turn the sandwich out onto a wire rack, where we let it cool completely.
CREAM
1. Put sour cream, cottage cheese and powdered sugar in the bowl of the robot. Using a whisk, whisk a little to combine the ingredients and whisk the sugar.
2. Then add the cream and beat at high speed until a firmer mixture is formed.
3. Using a pastry bag or spoon, apply the cream on the top of the cake and sprinkle with chopped nuts and pumpkin seeds.
4. Let it harden. Store in the cold.
